Sawa Rabina Officers' Meeting

Present: Mr. Hamud Katish, Chair; Mr. Majed Ghanem, Project Manager; Mr. Rizk Azam, Secretary; Ms. Nada Abu Zaidan, Project Coordinator; Mr. Atef Abed, Board Member; Mr. Mufid Azam, Treasurer; Mr. Jana Shehadeh, Board Member.

Theme: Appreciation Evening for Retired Educators of M'ghar

Mr. Hamud Katish: opened the meeting and updated the team about developments to date. He presented ideas of the Community Center's Director that can add to the success of the evening and the potential for similar events.
For example: including some of the retired teachers in the planning and organization of the event so it will fit their expectations.
Also: it is better to hold the event after the local elections in order to save unnecessary tensions.

Decisions:

The appreciation evening will take place after the local elections.

The team will plan a fun day for all members of Sawa rabina in October.

The chair will update about developments.

On Monday September 22nd at 6pm there will be an encounter for all members of Sawa Rabina.
